This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
To process an order we need your name, shipping address, email address and, where relevant, a phone number for delivery. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider — they never reach our servers and we never store them.
Why we collect it
To take payment, ship your order, email you tracking, and answer you if something goes wrong. If you opt in to our email list we will also send occasional notices about new stamp releases; every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember what is in your bag and to keep you signed in. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
