Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email when the order ships. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we refund it in full.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Face value printed on a stamp is not its retail price — collectible mint sheets are priced on scarcity, condition and demand.
Authenticity
Every item we sell is a genuine United States Postal Service issue in the condition described. If an item is not as described, return it under our returns policy for a full refund.
Use as postage
Forever stamps sold here are valid US postage. Denominated stamps are valid at their printed face value; if the current rate is higher, additional postage is required.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
