Shipping
We ship from the United States. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day; everything else goes out the next business morning.
- Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) — 2 to 5 business days, tracked.
- Priority Mail — 1 to 3 business days, tracked.
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $35.
Every parcel ships with tracking, and the number is emailed to you as soon as the label is scanned.
International
International shipping is available to most countries at checkout. Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging
Sheets and booklets are placed flat between rigid boards inside a waterproof mailer. Perforations and gum arrive exactly as they left us.
Returns
If an item is not what you expected, return it unopened within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email [email protected] first so we can issue a return reference.
Items that have been opened, separated, hinged, mounted or used as postage cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged, send us a photograph within 7 days and we will replace or refund it.
