What an additional-ounce stamp is for
- Add one alongside a Forever stamp when an envelope weighs more than one ounce.
- Essential for wedding invitation suites, multi-page contracts and anything with an insert.
- Non-denominated: it stays valid for the current additional-ounce rate, so there is nothing to top up.
Mint never hinged with original gum. Note that the 2019 coil reissue at the 15¢ rate is a separate catalogue number (Scott 5341) and is not what is offered here.
